At Pour Love, each item is made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
